The Henry E. Mooberry Division of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps is based at the Washington Navy Yard, in DC.

​

Our members come from Richmond and Winchester, VA to Baltimore, Bowie and La Plata, MD; and Washington, DC.

The Leadership Development Center (classrooms and offices) is located at the historic Washington Navy Yard, in DC's Ward 6, six blocks north of the Washington Nationals baseball park in southeast D.C., near the Navy Yard Metro station, and along the Circulator/other bus routes.

Located at the Washington Navy Yard, the preferred access point is: 1022 O St. Southeast, Washington, DC 20003.

 

You must show a valid photo ID (Driver’s License/other official ID). Motor vehicles must be properly registered, insured, and maintained.
