On April 26, 2017, Sea Cadets and Young Marines meet with Rep. Madeleine Z. Bordallo (D-GU) and Rep. Joe Wilson (R-SC) for the Military Youth Program Caucus Breakfast at the Cannon House Office Building. PO2 C. Rich Clay, SN Ava Daugherty, SA Saddique Stephens, SA Lamine Traore and LC2 Aiden Smith represent H. E. MOOBERRY Division. Certain cadets and young marines provide testimony regarding the positive and life-changing impact of these military youth programs upon themselves. PO2 Clay testifies that the summer and winter Sea Cadet training have developed him physically and have given him the purpose of becoming not only a Naval Officer but also a leader.
The U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps and the Young Marines rely on the Navy and Congress to help fund the program’s military training and activities. This breakfast event is a unique opportunity for the cadets and young marines to advocate for continued congressional support. It's an honor and privilege to be a part of the lives of these young men and women. BZ.

H.E. Mooberry Sea Cadets greet Honor Flight veterans on April 1, 2017
2017 at Reagan National Airport and the World War II Memorial and helped create a memorable impression on the veterans' trip to Washington DC to visit the war memorials and honor their service to our nation.
Honor Flight Volunteer Professional Photographers captured the veterans' trip through DC and posted at the following websites. I've requested access to and permission to use the photos from the Honor Flight Photographer's photo gallery. They have granted H.E. Mooberry unit permission to download any photo for personal use. They have uploaded 10,000 photos already, with still more in-processing. Please peruse and download for non-commercial use at your own leisure. Our unit's Sea Cadets made a deep impression on the veterans and the Honor Flight Ground Crews.
Bravo Zulu to all Cadets for looking sharp and honoring our veterans with the respect that they deserve!
