We welcome prospective Cadets and adult Volunteers to visit us during one of our drills, view Cadet activities, and speak with Unit leadership. Please contact us at: to schedule a visit.

A medical examination, similar to a high school sports physical, is required for all Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC) and Navy League Cadet Corps (NLCC) applicants. No application will be denied due to a medical disability. Where a medical condition precludes full, unlimited participation, a Request for Accommodation (NSCADM 015) may be presented by the parent or guardian for review so the cadet may participate in NSCC activities to the maximum extent possible.

There is an initial enrollment fee and Cadets must purchase their own Sea Cadet PT (gym) gear.

Adult applicants must be in good health commensurate with their age group and be free from any ailment or condition that would prevent them from satisfactorily performing their primary duty of supervising youth.

NOTE: Adults not physically qualified to perform all duties may still participate with a waiver from NHQ considering the parameters of their expected contribution to the NSCC program.  Adults are also required to provide their immunization records to participate in the unit.

Please contact us at: with any questions.

We meet one weekend per month (usually the second weekend every month), year-round. Cadets must attend at least 75% of all meetings (called “Drills”).
